CHECK-IN
Check-in will take place starting at 1:30 PM on Friday and 7:00 AM Saturday. You will also receive your registration packet at that time. The packet will contain blank nametags, some programs, and other goodies. Please have your students wear the provided nametags throughout the weekend. This will allow us to keep track of our conference participants.
ONE DAY PASSES – Parents & Friends attending the performances. Day passes will be available for parents, family, or friends that want to come and watch the performances. Passes will be $5.00
PARKING - Parking maps will be provided to teachers to assist with parking and load-in. e.

AWARDS CEREMONY & ANNUAL MEETING - The Awards Ceremony and Annual Meeting will be at 7:45 pm Saturday in the Campbellsville University Chapel. At this event, the All-Star Cast and top-performing shows from this year’s festival will be announced. All critique sheets will also be available at this time. Additionally, the KTA conference will conduct the business of their annual meeting and elect new board members.
